With the first hints of a greater incumbent entity, we move forward; asking what the players seek next in Waterdeep before they return home.

They've been in Waterdeep just over of a week.

The story is starting to seem a bit disjointed with all the doings of late. A lot of strange and arcanic things have been conveyed along with new characters and grand scale opportunities.

I've spent time setting up notes on defenses and how the pockets of time will fuck with the playership, but the question I can't answer is how the players will ultimately approach Daed's tower....

The players like to complain about the constant barrage of opposition in the world.

I've often met this argument with the statement that they're shit disturbers, attention grabbers, and generally the centre of the story. Cause they are.

While each chapter has been so far broken up with time jumps, the next chapters may not get one as the impending story points won't permit it.

As multiple stories gain traction, the core elements are going to find foothold in those stories and we will see the next step in the story unfold.

Running three weekly intertwined campaigns

I operate three separate campaigns and I love it.

Each of my campaigns is very different from the next, but they are all set in the same world.

My world is based on FGR canon from 2nd through 5th edition, but I place my story in the distant future, ahead of any of the current stuff.
