Kelemvor

Kelemvor is the god of the dead in the Forgotten Realms pantheon, also known as the Lord of the Dead and Judge of the Damned. He presides over the passage of souls to the afterlife, ensuring that the dead are judged fairly and that the undead are destroyed.

Kelemvor's faith holds particular significance in the Farsea region, where the proximity of death — through swamp dangers, ancient curses, and lingering undead — makes his clergy essential to daily life.

His followers work to ease the transition of the dying, protect the living from undead threats, and ensure that burial rites are properly observed.
