Leopold

For the full article on Leopold Le'claw, see Leopold Le'claw.

Leopold Le'claw is a Tabaxi agent who serves as Manshoon's primary operative in The Black Circle's ongoing effort to court Jon Aris. It was Leopold who led the formal introduction of the Manshoon clone to the reluctant king of the Farseas, arriving with promises of resources, intelligence, and the considerable weight of the revived Black Network behind him.

Leopold operates with the smooth efficiency expected of an agent who has survived long enough in the Black Circle's employ to be trusted with high-value diplomatic work. His role is not to threaten but to persuade — to make the case that an alliance with Manshoon is the most practical path available to a king fighting a civil war without enough allies.
