M.A.S.H. (Medical Action Stormhorns)

M.A.S.H. (Medical Action Stormhorns) is the forward trauma hospital and surgical triage compound established by the Cormyrean Purple Dragons high in the foothills of the Stormhorns to treat battlefield casualties of the Krusht war.

Operations, Surge Triage & Neutrality

Commanded by War Domain cleric Andric DeVross alongside combat engineer Anvil, vanguard champion Stompah, and occult specialist Cifer Nachash, M.A.S.H. operates under recognized medical neutrality. Its prominent purple-and-silver medical flags and horse bards ensure that local Suh'Skel lizardfolk scouts and irregular drovers do not attack triage patrols on sight.

Critical burn-salves, coagulants, and heated medical canisters are brewed at Pollo's Potions in Suzail and hauled up the mountain passes by House Ebonhawk supply convoys audited by Malakor Viridian.

The Lake of Death & Submerged Ruins

The medical compound sits directly beside an alpine mountain lake that submerges the upper stone foundations of an ancient Oghrann dwarven citadel. When casualties dumped into the basin began rotting under the influence of Eadaz's fungal bloom, the lake became a hotbed of mushroom-possessed corpses and the gestation pool for rising slicks of The Black Tar (Zeftmensch).
