Eadaz was the leader of the Verdant Grove Druid Collective and the primary druid force maintaining the stalemate that kept Migma contained in Silverpool's underground. She is no longer a separate entity. She is now the Mushroom Queen.

Before the Amalgamation

Eadaz was the most capable druid in the Farseas — the person most directly responsible for preventing Migma from expanding its mycelial network through the swamp's active waterways. The Verdant Grove's brutal containment stalemate was her work: not a victory, not a defeat, but a managed standoff that required her constant presence and power to maintain.

In this period she was a potential ally with significant reservations about non-druid involvement in swamp affairs. Her reputation for difficult cooperation preceded the current situation; she was referred to colloquially as "the mushroom bitch" even before her transformation, a name that has since acquired a more literal meaning.

The Amalgamation

Eadaz amalgamated with Migma — the ancient mycelial intelligence that was once Sigma Irungarten — becoming a combined entity that merges druidic knowledge, swamp-ecology access, and Migma's fungal intelligence. The exact circumstances remain unclear to outsiders: whether Eadaz chose this path, was absorbed against her will, or found herself in a situation where the distinction ceased to matter is not known.

The result is an entity referred to as the Mushroom Queen by those who lack a more precise term. She is a current antagonist in the Farseas and represents one of the most significant active threats to the existing order of the swamp.

Current Goal: The Spirit Road

The Mushroom Queen is actively seeking to enter the The Spirit Road — the ethereal travel network that serves as the home plane of the Swamp Gods. Her motivations for wanting Spirit Road access are unclear to outsiders, but a druidic intelligence fused with a vast mycelial network attempting to breach the gods' own realm is treated as an existential concern by the The Siv, who guard the Spirit Road and its Oghrann Gates.

If the Mushroom Queen reaches the Spirit Road, the already-wounded Swamp Pantheon may have no means of resisting her.

Danger from Warwick Osrin

The Mushroom Queen is in mortal danger from Warwick Osrin — the shattered son of Eleanor Osrin — who has declared vendetta against the Verdant Grove. Whether Warwick's attacks represent a genuine threat to an entity of Migma's power, or whether the conflict risks destroying whatever chance remains of the Verdant Grove's redemption arc, is among the most urgent unresolved tensions in the Silverpool region.
